4 Ciabatta rolls, sliced
Great Midwest® Cranberry Cheddar cheese, sliced
1 Box stuffing, prepared
1 Cup deli-style cranberry orange relish
1 Pound deli-style smoked turkey, sliced
Romaine lettuce or baby spinach (optional)
Preheat grill pan to medium on stovetop.
Lightly butter underside of Ciabatta roll and place buttered side down in pan. Layer bread with cheese, stuffing, cranberry orange relish and turkey. If desired, add romaine lettuce or baby spinach as well. Lightly butter the Ciabatta roll tops and place atop sandwich, buttered side out. Brown bottom side to desired darkness, pressing down with spatula. Turn and brown other side to desired darkness, pressing down with spatula. Remove from heat and serve.
