Muffin Pan Portable Cheese Board

Ingredients

4 ounces Great Midwest Pesto Jack cheese, cubed

4 ounces thinly sliced salami

3/4 cup fancy crackers

1/2 cup assorted gourmet olives

1/2 cup dried apricots

1/2 cup pistachios

Directions

  1. Arrange all ingredients in 6 cup muffin pan; serve immediately.
